CHE-Alaska hosted this important call in which presenters discussed the latest science concerning the health effects of pesticides and what is known about pesticide residues in market foods. Presenters also gave an overview of the system of law that falls short of protecting public health. The teleconference provided an opportunity to discuss possibilities for civic engagement to address the problem.
