Notes
Arsine gas is produced when acid comes into contact with a metal containing arsenic and is used in crystal formation and in the semiconductor industry. Lead causes an acquired deficiency in pyrimidine-5' nucleoidase and severe toxicity is seen in individuals with the hereditary form of this deficiency. Naphthalene toxicity occurs most frequently in individuals with G6PD deficiency.
