For Rebecca: You described the inconsistency of epidemiological results on vinclozolin, and described in some detail one industry-funded study that reported negative results. Several recent analyses of the impact of funding source on research outcome, including on soft drinks, atrazine, bisphenol A and cell phone radiation report dramatic, highly significant differences in the likelihood of finding adverse effects depending upon funding source. Have you analyzed the vinclozlin literature for an effect of this sort?

Russ: You listed several research needs. What about the need for improved exposure assessment for epidemiological studies, for biomarkers of exposure and for effects in animal studies that can be used in human studies?

I would like to have opportunity to briefly comment on mixed chemical exposure. thank you

This is a general question for everyone to consider. How much effort should we now make to determine the potential epigenic problems with assisted reproductive technologies and in vitro fertilization? Is it possible that these methods are compounding already potential problems with chemicals in the environment?

To Russ Hauser what do you think about using human and rat amniotic fluid as a metric to compare human exposures with rodent expsoures and effects? and, are you concerned that CDC data show that the top 2% of women have MBP levels only 5 fold below those that cause effects in fetal rats?
