CHE Policy Education Call: Environmental Health and the New Congress

January 17, 2007

As the new Congress begins it session in January, CHE used this opportunity to discuss upcoming health and environment issues in Washington, DC. The discussion included briefings from three leading policy experts in DC to discuss toxics/chemicals policy, climate change and environmental policy, and public health.

This call was moderated by Susan Marmagas, MPH, Director of Health Program for CHE, with a science update from Pete Myers, Ph.D., CEO of Environmental Health Sciences.
