Of course the ban on children's products containing phthalates doesn't address all the other products through which children may be exposed, from vinyl shower curtains to lunchboxes to cosmetics. Isn't that right?

I thought including lead in this ban (which was not mentioned on the call) was brilliant, since its risk is so much better accepted. Janet, how much did that help this legislation get passed?

There is a need for more toxcity information in the public purview. Will REACH remove CBI (confidential business information) protection currently available to companies for health and safety data- ?? will this informaiton be shared with other countries?
