7th Annual Symposium on the Environment and Hormones 2008

The 7th annual Symposium on the Environment and Hormones
April 13-16, 2008
Tulane / Xavier Center for Bioenvironmental Research

Topics will include:
  • Principles of Environmental Signaling
  • Translational Research Models
  • Systems Biology and Emerging Agents
  • Urban Ecosystems and Environmental Signaling
  • Regional Landscape Perspectives in Environmental Signaling

Events will include:
  • Sharing of modules for teaching Environmental Signaling
  • Rub elbows with funding agencies
  • Meet with scientists and community members working to apply research to solve on-the-ground problems
  • Poster sessions for recent research results
  • Banquet in the Lower Ninth Ward

Come join us for good science and good food as we further explore environmental signaling questions. Help us celebrate the continuing recovery of New Orleans. Science-related “voluntourism” opportunities are available.
