Application to Join

All individual and organizational CHE Partners agree to the Consensus Statement and fill out an application to join. There are no dues and no further obligations involved in joining.

YES, I have read the Consensus Statement and agree to the goals as outlined in the document. I would like to sign my organization up as a CHE Partner. I am authorized to make this decision. The Collaborative on Health and the Environment, welcomes non-profit or nongovernmental organizations as Partners; for organizations not designated as such we encourage you to sign up as individual partners.
